Liz Dennis

I began my working life as a musician which, after many years, led me to develop an interest in the benefit music has with people with dementia. Consequently I moved to Devon to undertake a PhD at the University of Exeter to focus on this subject more fully. I find people endlessly fascinating and working with people with dementia even more so. Having the opportunity to use what I had learned during my research in a real world situation has been exhilarating. The Filo journey has been varied, challenging and fun, exceeding my expectations.
