Jane Chamberlain

I joined the company in 2017 as a host and have held several roles since then, including Area Coordinator for Torbay & South Devon and South Devon Team Leader.

In 2022, I was delighted to be offered the opportunity to create and develop The Filo Family Support Service for families and caregivers of our clients. My father lived with early onset Alzheimer's for several years. I was fortunate to be able to help my mum care for him and from personal experience know that carers, who feel supported and have someone to talk to regularly, are more able to cope with the day to day challenges of caring for a loved one with dementia.

I also lead the running of the Filo Project Workplace Wellbeing Programme, aiming to ensure that our staff enjoy working with us and feel well supported as part of The Filo Project Team.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family; running, dancing and Pilates to keep fit; singing and reading to relax.
